2. Acceptance of Terms
Welcome to DnoTech. By accessing and using our website, products, and services, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with these terms, please do not use our services.
By using our services, you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age and have the legal capacity to enter into binding contracts under the Greek Civil Code (Articles 127–136). If you are under 18, you may only use our services with the verifiable consent of a parent or legal guardian who agrees to be bound by these Terms on your behalf.
3. Use of Services
DnoTech provides technology services including Custom Development, IT Consulting & Auditing, and Integration & Automation. Your use of these services is subject to these terms and any additional agreements specific to each service.
4. Intellectual Property
All content, including text, graphics, logos, button icons, images, audio clips, digital downloads, data compilations, and software on this website, is the property of DnoTech or its content suppliers and is protected by international copyright laws.
5. User Accounts
Some services may require you to create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account information and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.
6. Payment Terms
For paid services, you agree to pay all fees as specified at the time of purchase. All payments are non-refundable except as expressly provided in these Terms or as required by applicable Greek law or EU consumer protection legislation.
6.1 Right of Withdrawal (EU/Greek Consumers)
If you are a consumer contracting with us at a distance (e.g. online), you have the right to withdraw from the contract without giving any reason within 14 calendar days of conclusion of the contract, in accordance with Greek Law 4512/2018 (transposing EU Directive 2011/83/EU on Consumer Rights).
To exercise this right, please notify us within the 14-day cooling-off period by sending a clear written statement (e.g. by email to [email protected]) stating your decision to withdraw. We will reimburse any payments received using the same method of payment you used, without undue delay and no later than 14 days after we receive your withdrawal notice.
Exceptions: The right of withdrawal does not apply to services that have been fully performed where performance began with your prior express consent and acknowledgement that you would lose your right of withdrawal once the service was fully performed, nor to the supply of digital content where delivery has begun with your consent and acknowledgement of losing the withdrawal right (Article 16 of Directive 2011/83/EU).
7. Privacy and Data Protection (GDPR)
Your use of our services is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which complies with EU Regulation 2016/679 (General Data Protection Regulation — GDPR). By using our services, you acknowledge that we process personal data as described in our Privacy Policy. You have the right to access, rectify, erase, and port your data, as well as the right to object to processing, in accordance with GDPR.
8. Limitation of Liability
DnoTech shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use or inability to use our services, to the fullest extent permitted by applicable law.
Nothing in these Terms limits DnoTech's liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable Greek law or EU consumer protection legislation (including Greek Law 2251/1994 and EU Directive 93/13/EEC on unfair contract terms).
9. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold DnoTech harmless from any claim or demand, including reasonable legal fees, made by any third party due to or arising out of your breach of these Terms, your violation of any law, or your violation of the rights of a third party.
10. Modifications to Terms
DnoTech reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes at least 30 days before they take effect, by email or by a prominent notice on our website. Your continued use of our services after such changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms. If you do not agree with the changes, you may discontinue using our services before the new Terms take effect.
11. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Greece and applicable European Union regulations. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Athens, Greece.
For disputes with EU consumers, you may contact the Greek Consumer Ombudsman (Συνήγορος του Καταναλωτή), an independent alternative dispute resolution (ADR) body, at www.synigoroskatanaloti.gr . Please note that the EU Online Dispute Resolution (ODR) platform was shut down on 20 March 2023 and is no longer operational. We are not obliged to participate in ADR procedures but we will endeavour to resolve consumer complaints amicably.
12. Severability
If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid under applicable Greek law or EU regulations, that provision will be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary so that the Terms will otherwise remain in full force and effect.
